You can join us with no prior cleaning or management experience and, in a few months, graduate and become a Full-time Field Staff Team Leader. This will see you move to being “off the tools” to managing staff in a specific location. You will in turn be helping others to build their career with Maid2Match, whether that be as a frontline field staff, a trainer, or assisting them through our Pathways Program.
